Welcome to the ASCA - Homepage!

Dear Airline Delegates, dear Sports Team Members, dear Friends of ASCA,

may I use the Christmas Days to wish you all a relaxing, enjoyable time with your family and friends, looking back on a probably busy, sometimes hard but hopefully mostly enjoyable year.

The Airline Business never again will be the glorious industry as it was many years ago and also ASCA had much better times then. The last year has shown, that travel problems, budget and finance questions, stress and changes of delegates now are permanent problems in our planning and events. Many thanks to all those, who in spite of these conditions have done ambitious and marvellous jobs for ASCA. Many thanks to all, who have participated in ASCA events - from all I know these were rewarding participations and journeys and I am sure, this will also be the case in 2012.

Many thanks also to my members of the Executive Commttee! They have contributed a lot to the rather smooth flow of our "operation" in the last year. Most of all I thank Paul Beck as the Event Secretary and Erich Wagner as the Information Officer for their core work, which "keeps ASCA going"!

Welcome once more to all those, who habe joined ASCA last year and also thanks to those, who have arranged their first event in 2011.  I hope, they are satisfied with what they have achieved and all the present members have enjoyed their joining and organizing.

Best wishes to all of you for the New Year. It will not be easier within the airline industry, but we may hope, that ASCA still keeps a joining function between airline staff and sportsclubs. May best health, stable financial situation (and jobs) and best friendship and fairness be the condition you may have and satisfaction and joy you can find within the ASCA family.

Anton Novak
Chairman
