  The object of ASCA shall be to foster good relations among those employed in civil aviation by promoting and encouraging social, cultural, and sporting relations between the staffs of member and other airlines.
ASCA, the Airlines Sports and Cultural Association, is an association organizing sports competitions and cultural events for the staff of member airlines. Its
objective is to promote and encourage social, cultural and sporting relations amongst airline staff.
The membership to ASCA is open to any airline, operating scheduled or charter flights or any airline related company or association and is free of charge to the company. The airline must have a delegate for coordination with ASCA and must have at least three types of sports or cultural activities to participate in competitions.
